Competition of professional skill "Best in profession"

In August of 2016 in the Republic of Tatarstan will be held a Republican stage of all-Russian competition of professional skill "Best in profession" in the nomination "The Best Mason".

The main aim of the Competition is to raise the prestige of skilled labor concrete worker, promoting its achievements and the dissemination of best practices.

Key tasks:

- promoting the skills and craftsmanship of workers engaged in concrete operations;

- formation of positive public opinion in relation to the professional skills of concrete workers;

- identifying the best concrete workers;

- information about labour achievements of the concrete workers;

-attracting young people for studying and working in the profession "Mason";

- involvement of workers in economic competition for increasing productivity when carrying out concrete work.

The winner of the Republican stage of the Competition will go to Krasnoyarsk where from 19 to 23 September 2016 will be held in the Federal stage of the Competition. The winner of the Federal stage will receive a cash prize in the amount of 300 000 rubles for 2nd and 3rd place cash prizes will be 200 000 and 100 000 respectively. The winner will be awarded at the Government House of the Russian Federation.
