Alexei Frolov: you need to pay serious attention to the educational component in the construction industry

In Tatarstan within the framework of "Strategy-2030" was held the signing of the agreement on the establishment of the construction cluster. It is expected that the cluster will reduce the cost of real estate, the prices of construction materials and also reduce production costs. 

"Such a significant event plays an important role in our industry. Construction in the Republic over the last ten years has been developing quite actively. In the last few years we more and more increasing, this suggests that the potential of construction industry of the Republic is large enough, it develops," - said Alexey Frolov. 

"But there is another side to the coin, unfortunately, some areas are overloaded with construction materials, as a result, the part of the enterprises has a limitation in its development. It is expected that within the concept of all enterprises will shape the development program, plan activities in the next five to ten years. A big role in it and human capital, as is the formation of a new young generation of what is involved in training the clusters. But special attention should be paid to the workers and industrial specialties. Without training in the Republic of specialists of the new formation is essential to the effective development of new technologies, as well as dramatically increasing productivity and creating a competitive region," - said Alexey Frolov.
