New house of culture opened in Nogorny region

Today in the Kazan settlement mountain has opened a new House of culture. Multifunctional centre, built under the Republican program "Rural clubs", will serve more than 15 thousand people in five residential areas. In the new House of culture is planned to develop the following areas: vocal, choreography, break-dancing circles, the theatre. Also plans to open clubs and groups in karate, English, and chess.
