31 country club will be build in Tatarstan this year

This year in Tatarstan it is planned the construction of 31 objects of the cultural destinations in 31 municipalities in the amount of 287, 5 million rubles. This was announced today at a press conference in IA "Tatar-inform" Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.

The speaker recalled that the program "Rural clubs" is being implemented since 2012. "It has proven its social necessity in rural areas", – he stressed.

In particular, according to the state program for 2012 to 2016 in the Republic was built and put into operation 226 rural clubs for a total amount of 2 billion 343 million rubles. Created about 39 thousand seats.

"More than 6 thousand residents of the village simultaneously can visit these clubs. They are arranged so that there comes a population of two, three or more settlements," said the Gimaev.

According to the Deputy Minister, in 2016, built 45 objects 3.1 thousand jobs in 45 municipalities of the Republic, with a total limit of financing of 287 million rubles. Also with the help of subsidies from the Federal budget last year was built five rural houses of culture, one in Almetyevsk, Verkhneuslonsky, Laishevsky, Tyulyachinsky and Chistopol regions for a total amount of 69 million rubles. Including 21,34 million rubles received from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan.

"These facilities are very popular. Residents of the village today is as close as possible to those social benefits that is a resident of the city. Our task is to continue this positive trend", – said the speaker.

According to him, the construction of new rural clubs will end in the next two years. "Then we'll do a major overhaul – to align existing cultural facilities. Some of them built during the Soviet years," said the Gimaev.
