Today in the Korston hotel & Mall hosted the final Board of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was summed up 2016 tasks for 2017. The meeting was attended by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Minister of construction, housing and utilities of Russia with an attitude of Mavliyarov, the head of state Corporation "Fund of assistance to reforming housing and communal services" Konstantin Tsitsin, representatives of ministries, the building industry of the Republic and others.
The development of the construction complex of the Republic, housing and communal services – these issues are a priority for us,- said Rustam Minnikhanov.
He recalled that the dynamics of the construction industry discussed at weekly meetings in the House of RT Government. "We are usually summarizing the interim results, sometimes criticize you, - said the President of Tatarstan, addressing the representatives of the construction industry. But in General, I believe that the Republic has a serious team of professionals who can accomplish any task".
Rustam Minnikhanov also reminded on how bad volumes part of the program overhaul of apartment houses implemented in the Republic. According to him, the desire to obtain funding for the program of capital repairs from the Federal Fund of assistance to reforming housing and communal services "taught us the order." We learned how to raise funds for the repair and correctly to spend them, he said, based on the principles of transparency, overall it increased responsibility. "Every year, about five billion spent for these purposes – More than three million inhabitants of the Republic have already seen the results of this programme for capital repair of apartment houses"."All of our construction projects must be reasonable, it is necessary to use a replicating projects, he said. – It is important to build efficiently and soundly! As the government today – as a major investor, which provides employment for construction workers. And this work must be carried out efficiently and in a timely manner".
Minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the meeting said that the Republic of Tatarstan for many years among the top ten in the ranking of Russian regions by volumes of commissioning of housing, and by the end of 2016 fully implemented obligations to the Federal government on housing. Entered 2 406,5 sq. m, a sufficient amount of specific housing for 2017 - January 2017 introduced more than 300 thousand square meters". He stressed that achieved some of the highest rates of commissioning of housing per capita — in Tatarstan they was 25.6 square meters per capita.
