55 thousand square meters of housing built in Elabuga

For the year in Yelabuga was introduced more than 55 thousand square meters of housing. Built nine apartment buildings. This was told in the Executive Committee of the Yelabuga district. Of the total volume of housing built two houses with 120 apartments introduced the program of social mortgage and relocation of citizens from unfit housing. Seven homes in the 322 apartments in Elabuga built investors. 258 homes were built under individual housing construction. 

According to the Deputy head of the Executive Committee for the construction of Shafqat Safarova, the crisis has not greatly affected the volume of housing construction in Yelabuga. "The crisis has certainly affected but the construction industry has not stopped. We have a number of SEZ "Alabuga" employees who need homes, so demand for housing is great," – said the head. 

This year in Elabuga is planned to put into operation 50 thousand square meters of housing. Of these, more than 4 thousand square meters has already been built, according to the Executive Committee.
