Monitoring of the population's payment discipline for housing and communal services in recent years has revealed a trend of low collection of payments at the beginning of the year, with an increase in the percentage of collection in the second half of the year. Construction of the new detention center building began in 2022. The facility is designed for a thousand people. The building area was almost 22 thousand square meters.
