The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan held a traditional anti-corruption dictation.

The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin informed about the progress of the overhaul of apartment buildings last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

This year, 226 medical institutions worth RUB 3 billion 424 million have been included in the programs. 

At the next meeting of the republican headquarters in the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, the preparation of housing and communal services and social facilities for the upcoming heating period was reviewed.

In 2025, large-scale projects for the construction of water supply networks with financing in excess of 780 million rubles will be implemented in the Vysokogorsky municipal district of Tatarstan. 

In 2025, the capital repair programs included 11 preschool educational institutions of Tatarstan with financing of 607 million 556 thousand rubles.  

This year, the engineering and technical support networks have been repaired - heating, water supply, sewerage, electrics. 

At the next meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, preparations for the heating period of 2025-2026 were discussed.

This year, it is planned to build 23 sports facilities in Tatarstan for a total amount of more than 2 billion 387 million rubles. 

Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan was visited by a delegation of the Chinese company China International Marine Containers – CIMC.
