The program of capital repairs of apartment buildings began operating in Tatarstan in 2008 and is one of the most ambitious, given the timing of its implementation, the number of people affected, and the volume of investments. The preschool was built in 1985, and it has never been renovated in 50 years. The two-storey building has two buildings with a total area of 1,485 square meters, it is designed for 110 children.
