The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the implementation of 8 republican and federal programs for the modernization of engineering networks at a traditional meeting in the Government House today.

In Tatarstan, 213 facilities will be repaired under the program of major repairs in the field of education. Of the 33 schools, boarding schools, orphanages and extracurricular work centers, 8 state contracts have been concluded, 11 have been auctioned, state contracts will be concluded by March 11, and for the remaining 14 facilities, the auction and conclusion of state contracts are scheduled for March. 49 employment centers will be completely renovated in Tatarstan in 2025.

The list of major repairs includes employment centers in 44 municipalities of the republic. These are, for example, in Kazan, Almetyevsk, Bugulma, Zelenodolsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Yelabuga, Bavlyakh, Buinsk, Zainsk, Leninogorsk, Chistopol, Mamadysh and others.

Construction of a boarding school for the elderly and disabled continues in the Zelenodolsk municipal district of Tatarstan. It will be a two-storey building with a basement, with a total area of 8,620 square meters. It has a capacity of 120 beds.

At the moment, the operational readiness of the facility is 40%. Specialists have started facade and roofing work. Installation of all engineering networks is also underway - water supply, sewerage, low-current networks and heating.

Construction of social and cultural facilities under national projects, state and republican programs continues in Tatarstan. This was announced at a meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Shaidullin.

In the field of Ecology, the implementation of a transitional facility, the reclamation of the silt fields of Kazan, continues under the national project "Ecological Well-being". At the moment, 88% of the work has been completed.

The Federal Commission of the IV All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment summed up its results. Within the framework of the competition in 2021-2022, 160 projects will be implemented at once, said Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a government meeting. Among the winners are projects in Mendeleevsk, Tetyushi, Menzelinsk, Bugulma, Buinsk, Aznakaevo, Nurlat, Mamadysh. “The competition has been held for several years already. At least 80 winners were selected annually. This time, the government expanded the opportunities for participation in the competition for projects to create a comfortable urban environment. A special commission will select already 160 winners. The corresponding decree was signed. The main thing is that all the projects presented make small towns and historical settlements more convenient for people,” - Mikhail Mishustin said. The meeting of the federal commission, which summed up the results of the IV All-Russian competition, took place at the end of August. In total, 301 applications from 76 subjects were submitted for participation in the fourth competition. Of these, 160 projects became winners, thanks to a new government decree.
