Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan was visited by a delegation of the Chinese company China International Marine Containers – CIMC.

In 2025, the improvement programs included 61 parks and squares with financing of over 1 billion 896 million rubles. This was announced last Saturday by Acting Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Marat Aizatullin.

In Tatarstan, the annual housing commissioning plan has been completed by 88%, which is 2 million 857 thousand square meters. This was announced last Saturday at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by Acting Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. 

On September 18, the All-Russian Housing and Communal Services Development Forum began in Moscow. Tatarstan was represented by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Marat Aizatullin.

Financing of construction and installation works amounted to 15 million 32 thousand rubles.

The nomination of the candidate for the Raisa RT award is carried out by non-profit organizations registered in Tatarstan, public councils under the republican executive authorities and municipalities of the republic.

During the work, the builders completed the installation of a well, a water intake tower, and laid 3,584-meter-long water supply networks. 

An additional agreement was signed between the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation and the Government of Tatarstan on the allocation of additional federal budget funds to the republic for the implementation of measures of the program «Modernization of communal infrastructure« of the national project «Infrastructure for Life«. 

This year, the capital repair program includes 911 apartment buildings in 42 municipalities.

The national project "Long active life" and two republican programs include 226 medical institutions.
