The plan for housing construction in Tatarstan has been completed by 22%

The minimum housing commissioning program for 2026 is 3 million 175 thousand square meters, as of February 7, more than 687 thousand square meters were commissioned - the plan was fulfilled by 22%.

This was announced last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

32 apartment buildings with a total area of about 233 thousand square meters were commissioned through commercial construction, which is 22% of the planned volume.

In terms of social mortgages, the annual plan is 6% fulfilled. During the reporting period, the first of 108 planned houses was built.

445,000 square meters of housing have been built through individual housing construction - 23% of the plan.
