Today, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin is on a working trip to Moscow.

During the trip, the head of the Republican Ministry of Construction met with the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of the national project «Culture»», construction and reconstruction of six district and rural houses of culture is underway.

To restore the rights of participants in shared-equity construction, the resettlement of emergency housing and the modernization of communal infrastructure, a Management company of the Territorial Development Fund has been established.

In Tatarstan, from April 15 to May 31, an online vote on the selection of landscaping objects within the framework of the federal project «Formation of a comfortable urban environment» will be held on the Portal of state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan through the service «Surveys of Residents» and in the mobile application «Services of the Republic of Tatarstan». Every citizen of the republic at the age of 14 will be able to vote for a particular public and courtyard territory. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a briefing at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

This year, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan participates in the implementation of 6 national projects and 4 state programs. Traditionally, a large volume is occupied by programs for the improvement of courtyards and public spaces. 960 yard territories and 68 parks, squares, embankments will be landscaped.

1 million 28 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan – 33% of the annual plan. According to the national project «Healthcare», the construction of a multidisciplinary polyclinic in the village of Osinovo in the Zelenodolsk district continues. The new polyclinic will serve children and adults.

A specialized conference on the topic «Multi–apartment residential buildings - design and construction of metal structures» was held in Kazan. The event was attended by Deputy Ministers of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev and Vladimir Kudryashev, Chief Architect of Kazan Ilsiyar Tukhvatullina, manufacturers of metal structures for industrial and civil construction, representatives of development companies. Alexander Stepanov, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction Activities and Architecture of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, spoke via videoconference.

A solemn settlement of an apartment building built at the expense of investments of the State Housing Fund within the framework of the social mortgage program took place in Kazan. The ceremony was attended by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
