Speaking at a meeting headed by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesochin in the Government house of the republic, regional Minister of Construction. Architecture and Utilities Mart Ayzatullin said that 12 federal projects and 44 regional programs in construction and capital overhaul were implemented in Tatarstan in 2021. This year the Ministry will take part in six national projects including monitoring construction of 90 facilities listed in 12 federal projects.
The Minister reported that today contracts for all facilities have been signed with all relevant federal ministries and agencies.
Speaking about emergency situations of utility services during the January holidays, Ayzatullin said that starting from the beginning of 2022 there were 55 cases registered, 38 of them were related to cold water supply, 7 – to hot water supply 5 – to gas supply 4 – to power supply and 1 – to heat supply. Currently all incidents have been fixe the Minister said.

The family of Reseda Gilyazieva in Arsk has two children with disabilities. Her 3-year-old daughter Dina and 6-year-old son Nail also received gifts - a phone and a tablet. 15-year-old Rosalina Badretdinova from Leninogorsk dreamed of a multifunctional device, and 6-year-old Rinal Shchukin from Kazan dreamed of a laptop. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan noted that the medical facilities were built in an extremely short time. He thanked the builders and everyone who took part in equipping the new clinics. “I am sure that the commissioning of polyclinics will have a significant positive impact on the health of the population. I wish the medical staff successful work, who will work in excellent conditions,” — added the Head of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and presented a number of awards. Then Alexey Pesoshin examined the Zelenodolsk children's clinic. The facility is designed for 200 visits and is equipped with modern medical equipment. The polyclinic includes an outpatient clinic for children, treatment and prophylactic rooms and a healthy child's department, an exercise therapy department, and a physiotherapy department. The polyclinic in Agryz also has the most modern equipment. The medical institution has an X-ray computed tomograph, a dental X-ray diagnostic apparatus "Visiograph", a mammograph and other types of equipment. The outpatient clinic includes an outpatient clinic for adults for 250 visits per shift, a women's consultation for 20 visits, an X-ray diagnostic department, a functional diagnostics room and a clinical diagnostic laboratory.
Today at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, an award ceremony was held for the winners, prize-winners and diploma winners of the republican competition "The Most Comfortable Settlement of the Republic of Tatarstan". The awards were presented to the winners by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov. The competition for the most comfortable settlement is held in seven nominations; the best improvement company, the best HOA and the best organization for the management of apartment buildings in the Republic of Tatarstan are also selected. The winners receive a cash prize at the expense of the bonus fund from the budget of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, which is 6.8 million rubles. A cash bonus of at least 90% should be spent on further improvement of the settlement. This year, 35 applications were received in the nominations of the competition from settlements of 21 municipalities of the republic. Representatives of 16 municipal districts - winners, prize-winners and diploma winners of the competition - took part in the award ceremony today.
In Tatarstan, during the New Year holidays, all enterprises of the housing and communal sector will work in an enhanced mode. This was stated by the first deputy minister of construction, architecture, housing and communal services of the republic Alexey Frolov at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. “During the New Year holidays, operational interaction will be organized between all structures, municipalities, line ministries. For a prompt response, an appropriate headquarters has been created, responsible persons have been appointed for each holiday day. General monitoring of the situation will be carried out on a daily basis and operational decisions will be made. In general, the situation is under control. I hope we will work smoothly, without any emergencies,” — said the speaker. Frolov noted that housing and communal services in the republic are provided by 1,488 organizations. In particular, 1,361 organizations provide housing services (UK, HOA, ZhSK), 52 organizations - water supply and sanitation services; 37 organizations - heat supply services. In addition, 36 diversified manufacturing enterprises provide water supply, sewerage and heat supply services, and two regional operators provide services for solid municipal waste management. According to Frolov, an emergency stock of materials and equipment has been created on the basis of the Tatlizing enterprise. “These are special equipment, diesel generators. Plus we have two mobile boiler houses in case of serious emergencies,” — he said.
The speaker also mentioned that last week the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov handed over the keys to 69 units of harvesting equipment to the heads of municipal districts. “It will also be involved in cleaning the road network in settlements,” — he concluded.
The opening of a new building of the children's polyclinic of the regional hospital took place in the Menzelinsky district of Tatarstan. The opening ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin. Farid Mukhametshin noted that federal and republican state programs for the development of health care are being successfully implemented in the republic. "The children's polyclinic in the new building in Menzelinsk is one of the indicative results of the fulfillment of social tasks that were expressed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan in his annual message to the State Council," — he said. Recently, we opened a new polyclinic in the Vysokogorsk region. These facilities clearly show the growing level of health care, I am sure that this institution will serve to preserve the health of children, and good working conditions have been created for the medical staff. The design capacity of the polyclinic is 60 visits per shift. The building is equipped with modern medical equipment: an ultrasound machine, a multichannel electrocardiograph, an audiological examination device and others.
In Tatarstan, all measures have been taken under the program of providing housing for certain categories of citizens. They included 739 recipient families.
