Architecture and Utilities Mart Ayzatullin said that 12 federal projects and 44 regional programs in construction and capital overhaul were implemented in Tatarstan in 2021. This year the Ministry will take part in six national projects including monitoring construction of 90 facilities listed in 12 federal projects.
The Minister reported that today contracts for all facilities have been signed with all relevant federal ministries and agencies.
Speaking about emergency situations of utility services during the January holidays, Ayzatullin said that starting from the beginning of 2022 there were 55 cases registered, 38 of them were related to cold water supply, 7 – to hot water supply 5 – to gas supply 4 – to power supply and 1 – to heat supply. Currently all incidents have been fixe the Minister said.

The polyclinic in Agryz also has the most modern equipment. The medical institution has an X-ray computed tomograph, a dental X-ray diagnostic apparatus "Visiograph", a mammograph and other types of equipment. The outpatient clinic includes an outpatient clinic for adults for 250 visits per shift, a women's consultation for 20 visits, an X-ray diagnostic department, a functional diagnostics room and a clinical diagnostic laboratory.

In Tatarstan, during the New Year holidays, all enterprises of the housing and communal sector will work in an enhanced mode. This was stated by the first deputy minister of construction, architecture, housing and communal services of the republic Alexey Frolov at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. “During the New Year holidays, operational interaction will be organized between all structures, municipalities, line ministries. For a prompt response, an appropriate headquarters has been created, responsible persons have been appointed for each holiday day. General monitoring of the situation will be carried out on a daily basis and operational decisions will be made. In general, the situation is under control. I hope we will work smoothly, without any emergencies,” — said the speaker. Frolov noted that housing and communal services in the republic are provided by 1,488 organizations. In particular, 1,361 organizations provide housing services (UK, HOA, ZhSK), 52 organizations - water supply and sanitation services; 37 organizations - heat supply services. In addition, 36 diversified manufacturing enterprises provide water supply, sewerage and heat supply services, and two regional operators provide services for solid municipal waste management. According to Frolov, an emergency stock of materials and equipment has been created on the basis of the Tatlizing enterprise. “These are special equipment, diesel generators. Plus we have two mobile boiler houses in case of serious emergencies,” — he said.
The speaker also mentioned that last week the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov handed over the keys to 69 units of harvesting equipment to the heads of municipal districts. “It will also be involved in cleaning the road network in settlements,” — he concluded.
The opening of a new building of the children's polyclinic of the regional hospital took place in the Menzelinsky district of Tatarstan. The opening ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin. The design capacity of the polyclinic is 60 visits per shift. The building is equipped with modern medical equipment: an ultrasound machine, a multichannel electrocardiograph, an audiological examination device and others.
