At a press conference at the Tatar-inform news agency, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev said that 2,682.8 thousand square meters of housing were built in 2021, which is 100.5% of the annual plan. “The prospects for the development of individual construction are great: this year, more than 1.7 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned. No less is expected next year, development is very active,” - said the Deputy Minister. In 2021, within the framework of the implementation of national projects, state, regional, republican programs, as well as extra-program activities, 151 social and cultural facilities were built in Tatarstan with a total funding of more than 24 billion rubles. Including in the field of education, 17 kindergartens with a total capacity of 3,220 places were built, 7 general educational organizations for 7,359 student places, 65 facilities in the health sector, 26 facilities in the field of sports development and 6 facilities in the field of culture. In order to prevent the emergence of new problematic objects of shared construction, the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan are constantly developing effective mechanisms to ensure the protection of the rights of citizens participating in shared construction, one of which is project financing for construction, which has been in effect since July 1, 2019. In the Republic of Tatarstan, systematic work is also underway to solve the problems of defrauded equity holders. At the end of 2021, the construction of 9 problem houses with an area of ​​187.3 thousand square meters for 2,356 defrauded equity holders was completed.

Rustam Minnikhanov recalled that, besides this, 86 more units of equipment are intended for the regions, and they will also be delivered in the near future. All these are the latest standards of primary care introduced in Russia. It is important that the new polyclinic was built in the shortest possible time: the work started in April of this year, and in December the institution is ready to receive the first patients," — Sadykov read out a congratulatory letter. The new clinic has comfortable workplaces for medical staff and comfortable spaces for visitors. The institution is equipped with modern CT models, X-ray machines, mammography, ultrasound, as well as dental equipment. The clinic was provided with 17 cars. The new polyclinic will serve more than 52 thousand people from 124 settlements. The institution employs 61 doctors and 68 nursing staff.

In the village of Karamyshevo, Cheremshanskiy district, a new modular feldsher-obstetric station has been opened. The new feldsher-obstetric center is equipped with modern medical equipment, hot and cold water supply systems, as well as the Internet and a video surveillance system. Rustam Minnikhanov noted that all construction work was carried out efficiently and on time. He noted that systematic work is underway in the republic to develop the sports infrastructure. Today, there are over 11 thousand sports facilities in Tatarstan. Such a base allows as many people as possible to engage in physical culture and sports, Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized, - today it is more than 50% of the population. “About 50 thousand people play football here. I am sure that with such an infrastructure, this figure can both double and triple. These sports facilities will serve to popularize football and a healthy lifestyle,” — added the President of Tatarstan.

So, in the sports camp "Young Guard" in Kazan, general construction works, installation of ventilation equipment are being completed. СМР is 89%; in the children's camp "Solnyshko" in the Vysokogorsky district, within the first stage, work is being completed on finishing and connecting utility networks to dormitories, a dining room and administrative buildings. The fulfillment for today is 96%. Work has been completed under the program of major overhaul of sports facilities - the last facility has been commissioned (the building of the Savinovo children's and youth football school in Kazan). In total, 20 objects of the program have been commissioned. 9 objects subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs were renovated as part of a major overhaul. The last two objects of the program in the cities of Naberezhnye Chelny and Kazan were commissioned by contractors this week. Marat Aizatullin said that according to the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings, the limit has been used almost completely. The overhaul of apartment buildings is still ongoing in 3 municipalities. As for the programs for 2022, as of today, 11 out of 30 program activities have been approved.

The competition tasks for the final involve individual and collective work of participants in various formats: presentation of achievements, practical tasks for the development of project concepts, professional testing.
