The different types of bricks presented in the showroom aroused interest in the architectural community. Next year, the plant plans to produce bricks in graphite shades.

The opening of the preschool institution "Yoldyzkai" took place today in the Laishevsky district of Tatarstan. The new facility was built within the framework of the national project "Demography". The kindergarten is located in the village of Derzhavino and is designed for bilingual education of 50 children. Each child will be able to receive training in the Tatar and Russian languages as well as ecological education. Also, the institution is aimed at the correctional development of children with speech difficulties. The opening of the kindergarten took place with the participation of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilsur Khadiullin, the head of the Laishevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Zaripov, the head of the construction complex development department of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Dinar Sagdatullin, parents, pupils and other guests. The new two-storey kindergarten was built according to a standard design and meets all safety requirements. There is a playground on the territory.

The meeting of the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation in the direction of "Construction, housing and communal services, urban environment" was held today by the head of the commission, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. Opening the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov recalled that the management of housing and communal services is a socially significant industry. The total volume of the housing and communal services market in Russia is about 5.5% of the country's gross domestic product. Rustam Minnikhanov recalled that since 2008, a program for the overhaul of apartment buildings has been implemented in the housing sector. Now this program is structured and goes systematically, he reminded, about 1,000 houses are being repaired in Tatarstan every year. Thanks to federal measures, there is support for low-income citizens to pay for housing and communal services. Last year, 96 thousand people received subsidies in the republic. Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that within the framework of national projects, the infrastructure of housing and communal services is being modernized. “This gives us the opportunity to implement many complex projects,” - said Rustam Minnikhanov. - There are six sectoral programs in the republic, including the provision of settlements with drinking water, the modernization of biological treatment facilities, the overhaul of the drainage system, the restoration of street lighting in settlements, the transition to individual heating systems, the installation of modular boiler houses, the construction of solid waste sites in horticultural associations". But even taking into account the implementation of these programs, a high level of depreciation of fixed assets remains, in the republic the degree of depreciation of networks is 54%. Many communications are dilapidated and require replacement, Rustam Minnikhanov said. During the meeting, the General Director of the Fund for Assistance to Housing and Utilities Reform Konstantin Tsitsin, the interim head of the administration of the Tambov region Maxim Egorov, and the governor of the Chelyabinsk region Alexei Teksler expressed their proposals.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the implementation of republican programs for an overhaul of social and cultural facilities is nearing completion. They include 3.5 thousand objects, the financial volume of this year's program activities is more than 23 billion rubles. The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin announced this today at a Republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all districts. As reported by the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, today the implementation of capital repair programs is estimated at 92%. Of the 27 programs, 12 have been completed, including 987 facilities. In financial terms, this is 2.2 billion rubles. Speaking about the programs, the implementation of which is currently ongoing, Marat Aizatullin said that the largest of them is the program for the overhaul of educational institutions. Under this program, renovations were completed in all 10 correctional schools and 33 municipal schools; repaired 116 functional areas; carried out program activities for the organization of the "Accessible Environment" in 4 educational institutions. In total, in the field of education, the republic is implementing 3 programs, which in total include 413 objects. It remains to complete repairs in 6 kindergartens. At the same time, 43 kindergartens have been completed.
The health care system is being consistently modernized in the republic. The program of an overhaul of medical hospitals has been implemented in Tatarstan for several years already. The work under the program is 86% complete. Nine objects are ready, respectively, the same number remains with the contractors in the work. Marat Aizatullin said that this week the program “Water supply and arrangement of solid waste sites” in horticultural non-profit partnerships was completed. Under the program "Provision of the population with drinking water", 42 municipal districts of the republic have fully implemented the planned measures. Work continues in three more municipalities. In general, the work within the framework of the program is 97% complete.

“We will definitely continue the implementation of such significant programs as the construction and repair of apartment buildings, education, health care, culture, sports, road transport infrastructure, as well as youth policy and many others,” - President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said today in his annual Address to the State To the Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event took place in a large concert hall named after Saydashev (Kazan) within the framework of the 25th meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the 6th convocation. The President of Tatarstan noted that a huge amount of work is being carried out within the framework of republican programs and national projects. This year alone, it is 1200 new and 3.5 thousand renovated socially significant objects. The total amount of funding exceeds  61 billion of rubles. “Our experience in urban development is unprecedented. New landscaped parks and embankments, squares and boulevards are becoming a place of attraction for people of all ages. We plan to continue implementing the Our Yard program, which is one of the most demanded by the population. We have already landscaped more than 2 thousand yards. In the next 5 years, we must put in order all the courtyards of apartment buildings in the republic,” - said Rustam Minnikhanov. In his speech, the President of Tatarstan outlined the issues to be resolved. This is the quality of the services provided by the housing and communal services, water supply, public transport, the quality of the road surface, cleaning roads, sidewalks from snow, the work of storm drains in large cities, infrastructure provision of developing urban and suburban settlements, untimely and poor-quality garbage disposal, complaints about medical services and other questions. “The task of the authorities is to promptly respond to comments, taking comprehensive measures to resolve them,” - the President of the Republic of Tatarstan emphasized.

The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin presented indicators assessing the effectiveness of procedures for issuing construction permits, and proposals for their improvement. In his speech, he noted that in order to increase the efficiency of one of the forms of reducing the time for granting procedures for issuing a construction permit, joint work was organized with the Ministry of Digitalization of the Republic of Tatarstan to convert the service into electronic form. The “Ya Stroy” Construction Assistance Platform was created to streamline procedures, as well as to automate the process of obtaining services in the construction sector, providing services in a “one-stop-shop” mode. Services are available for both individuals and legal entities. The pilot of the «Ya Stroy» platform was launched at the end of 2020 in 2 districts of the Republic of Tatarstan (Almetyevsk and Sabi). The next indicator is the number of procedures required to obtain building permits. In 2020, the State Information System for ensuring urban planning activities of the Republic of Tatarstan was launched. The automation of the provision of state and municipal services in the field of urban planning activities in terms of the preparation and approval of documents in electronic form for 2 state and 9 municipal services has been implemented. Until the end of 2021, it is planned to implement in the Information System for the Support of Urban Planning Activities the functionality for the provision of 7 more municipal services.
