In the Republic of Tatarstan in 2022, it is planned to implement 44 republican programs for the construction and overhaul of social and cultural facilities. The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan said that work on national projects and state programs will continue in the republic. In general, this year, builders must hand over 2 million 755 thousand square meters of housing. This is an indicator for 2022, taking into account the volumes approved for the republic by the Ministry of Construction of Russia for the period up to 2030. More than half of this volume - 1 million 681 thousand square meters - falls on individual housing construction. The investment program of the State Housing Fund includes the construction of a total area of ​​150 thousand square meters. As before, in 2022, 4 programs to provide housing for certain categories of citizens will be implemented. 679 families have been identified as recipients of housing. Currently, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the municipalities, is updating the records of recipient families. The financing of the program for the overhaul of apartment buildings is determined at the level of 6 billion 441 million rubles. The overhaul should affect 769 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​4 million 700 thousand square meters. In 2022 Our Yard program preliminarily includes 1,39 households. The list of adjacent territories is still under consideration. Speaking about the situation with the republican programs approved by the orders of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, the minister said: today 21 republican programs have been approved, 10 more are under consideration.

In addition to national projects, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan is involved in the implementation of 6 more state programs, the largest of which is the Education Development program. It plans to repair 66 schools. Measures for the integrated development of rural areas include work on 16 objects. Bank protection of the Kuibyshev reservoir in Kamskoye Ustye will be carried out under the program "Development of the water management complex", as well as 14 hydraulic structures in reservoirs will be repaired.
