Overhaul of 6 children's health camps is planned. Work is underway at 4 sites; work at 2 sites has been completed. Overhaul of healthcare facilities is planned to repair 8 facilities. In Tatarstan, at a preferential mortgage of 6.5% per annum, 1.9 thousand loans were issued, the total amount of which is more than 4 billion rubles. The deputy minister of construction added that the key mortgage rate of 6.5% has never been in the new economy of the Russian Federation. In 2020, hundreds of agricultural production facilities will be updated in the villages of the republic. So, within the framework of state programs, 158 barn houses, 127 grain farms, 11 horse farms, 12 poultry farms, 66 machine and tractor parks, 12 vegetable and potato storages, 90 silo-silage trenches and 7 barn and sheep farms will be repaired. Recall that updating the facilities of the agricultural complex became possible thanks to the support of the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Since 2014, a program has been implemented for the overhaul of cowsheds and the construction of silo-silage trenches in order to equip dairy farms for 100 - 200 heads with equipment, new technologies and the effective provision of animal feed. Since 2015, to ensure the high-quality storage of vegetable products, the implementation of a program for the overhaul of vegetable and potato storages has been launched. Since 2016, a program began to work on the repair of machine and tractor parks. In 2018, a program for the overhaul of grain farms came into force. In just 6 years, within the framework of these programs, 1,558 barn houses, 103 vegetable and potato storages, 250 machine and tractor parks, 257 grain farms were repaired and 744 silo-silage trenches were built. This allowed us to seriously strengthen the material and technical base of agricultural enterprises.

In the framework of the program of the overhaul of facilities created to meet the staffing needs of the basic employers of the Republic of Tatarstan, 17 resource centers will be repaired in the republic. From the republican budget, 681.379 million rubles were allocated for this. At the moment, repair work is underway at all 17 facilities. The overhaul program for resource centers was launched in 2014. Over the period of its operation (2014-2019), overhaul of 65 professional educational organizations worth over 4 billion rubles was carried out.
