According to the housing construction programs as of July 3, 1 million 349 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the republic - 45.3% of the plan. The dynamics of housing commissioning over 2 weeks amounted to 186.3 thousand square meters. This was announced today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Hanifov at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Since the beginning of the year, the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic carried out 585 inspections. For violation of the rules and norms of labor protection, 78 decisions were issued for a total amount of 3 million 255 thousand rubles. The payment term for 21 decisions in the amount of 1 million 180 thousand rubles has not expired. Self-regulatory organizations conducted inspections of 681st organizations - members of SROs. In 2020, it is planned to construct and commission 10 thousand 680 houses with an area of ​​1 million 388.2 thousand square meters through individual housing construction. On July 3, 6,135 individual residential buildings with an area of ​​797.6 thousand square meters were commissioned, which is 57.4% of the plan. The dynamics for 2 weeks amounted to 68.7 thousand square meters. To provide housing for large families, all 46 large families received certificates, the funding limit is fully distributed. Subsidies are also listed for 34 young families. To provide housing for 35 citizens among whose internally displaced persons, immigrants from the Far North and Chernobyl residents, 20 certificates were issued. 9 certificates were implemented.

Information is placed in the state register of technical certificates of the automated information system for technical regulation and conformity assessment in construction (AIS TRCAC). The work on the formation, filling and administration of the information system is also carried out by the Federal Autonomous Institution “Federal center for standardization and technical conformity assessment in construction”. Since February 2019, the Revival Regional Foundation together with Tatarstan Ministry of Education and Science with the support of the Ministry of Education of Russia launched a project on the establishment of six multilingual educational complexes, which include kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, Country supplementary education centres.

The meeting was held at the children's recreation camp, which will henceforth be called the "Supplementary education centre of the multilingual educational complex "Adymnar - the path to knowledge and harmony". Students of two complexes, established at the secondary school № 165 and lyceum № 121 in Kazan, will attend this centre.

Currently, two 60-bed dormitories are under construction, existing buildings are being reconstructed for educational buildings.

The activities of the Centre will be aimed not only at organizing children's recreation and rehabilitation, but also at unlocking the potential of students of multilingual complexes, developing their abilities in art, sports, technical creativity, scientific and humanitarian disciplines and developing and strengthening physical health.

The meeting discussed some issues related to the laying of external water supply and drainage networks, connection to telecommunication networks, etc.

Farit Khanifov recalled that overhaul repairing of 1,064 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​6.5 million square meters is planned in 41 municipal districts (except Alkeevsky, Atninsky, Drozhzhanovsky and Kaybitsky districts). Overhaul of resource centers is underway in the republic - at all 17 planned facilities. As of June 24, overhaul repairing of educational buildings and dormitories is underway at all 3 planned facilities. The overhaul program for sports facilities is ongoing at 20 facilities out of 21. Overhaul of the buildings (premises) of youth centers of the Republic of Tatarstan and the strengthening of their material base are underway at all 5 facilities. In Tatarstan, the capital repair program for children's health camps (6 facilities) is ongoing - work is underway at 4 facilities, and work has been completed at 2 facilities. The overhaul of teenage clubs and the strengthening of their material base is going on at 16 out of 17 facilities. The implementation of the overhaul program for healthcare facilities continues. So, there is an overhaul of 15 hospitals, planned overhaul of 8 health facilities.

A meeting on the socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.  Opening the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin announced a number of decisions prepared at the federal level regarding the construction industry.  So, he recalled that they are aimed at reducing administrative barriers in the construction industry.  According to the Deputy Prime Minister, about 30% of building regulations, GOSTs will have a recommendatory nature.  In his speech, the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov paid special attention to soft loans.  He noted that a 6.5% mortgage rate for new housing will increase housing conditions for a large number of citizens, as well as increase the volume of input.  Further, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Hanifov reported on the implementation of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment” in the republic.  He said that in 2020 it is planned to commission 2 million 979 thousand square meters of housing (in 2019 - 2 million 675.5 thousand square meters).  By 2024, it is expected that the security per inhabitant will be increased to 31.3 square meters of housing.  The minister also spoke about the implementation of federal projects “Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment”, “Pure Water” and “Volga Recovery”.
