Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan was issued conclusion on the compliance of the constructed, reconstructed capital construction project with the requirements of design documentation, including the requirements for energy efficiency and the requirements for equipping a capital construction facility with metering devices, used energy resources to the object "Construction of biological sewage treatment plants in the village Krasny Bor, Agryzsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan with a capacity of 150 m3 / day”. The facility is part of the federal program "Improvement of the Volga" of the national project "Ecology". These treatment facilities will improve the bacterial and sanitary-chemical state of water and reduce the number of unsatisfactory water samples in the Kama River.

The Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan on the object "Reconstruction of district treatment facilities for domestic and industrial wastewater SEZ PPT" Alabuga and the city Elabuga. Stage 1 ”, implemented within the framework of the federal project “Volga Recovery” of the national project “Ecology ”, issued a conclusion on the compliance of the constructed, reconstructed capital construction project with the requirements of design documentation, including the requirements for energy efficiency and the requirements for equipping a capital construction project with metering devices used by energy resources. This year, work continues on the 2nd stage of the reconstruction of the district treatment facilities for domestic and industrial wastewater in the SEZ PPT "Alabuga" and the city Elabuga. The implementation of this project will allow bringing the effluents of residents and the city of Elabuga to the required indicators and, as a result, reduce the negative impact on the state of water in the rivers Kama and Volga.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, under the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings, it is planned to repair 1,064 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​6.5 million square meters in 41 municipalities.  The volume of financing overhaul is 6 billion 658 million 58 thousand rubles.  Such data were cited by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Hanifov at a republican meeting today.  Under the program "Replacement of boilers in boiler rooms of budgetary institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan" a state contract was also concluded, work is underway to dismantle boiler equipment.  Within the framework of the program “Restoring street lighting in the settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan” 413 lamps were installed, 9.2 km of self-supporting insulated wires were installed.  According to the program “Modernization of drainage systems”, work was carried out on the technical inspection of facilities.  Projects were prepared with an expert opinion on 18 of 22 objects (the planned date for concluding the state contract is June 18).

Buildings and constructions of biological treatment facilities are provided with all communications necessary for the operation of the facility. The facility is included in the federal program "Improvement of the Volga" of the national project "Ecology". The wastewater treatment plants put into operation with a capacity of 1000 m3 / day will improve the microbiological and sanitary-chemical state of water in the Volga River.

In accordance with the project, the SIGMA LLC contractor built a storage tank of 30x21x5.4 m, installed the treatment facilities of full factory readiness, and repaired the existing place of storm water discharge to the Kazanka River. The cost of the work performed is 90 million rubles.

This was announced at a recent online conference "Infrastructure projects: a course towards urban development" by the deputy head of the department Nikita Stasishin. “The development of private housing and low-rise buildings not in capital cities, in my opinion, is our hidden reserve, which, with the right direction of support measures, will give an explosive amount of input and improve housing conditions for people,” - Nikita Stasishin emphasized. The state program for the development of private housing in Russia was developed by the Ministry of Construction in conjunction with the state-owned company DOM.RF as part of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”. The document aimed at increasing the availability of housing in Russia and bringing the annual volume of commissioning of private houses (individual housing objects) to 40 million square meters of housing in 2024, should be approved by a separate Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, the draft of which has already passed the discussion stage.

Recall that in Tatarstan, individual housing construction is flourishing. By 2025, an increase in the share of private housing in the republic and in the total development volume is expected to reach 50%. According to the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Farit Hanifov, over the past 10 years, the share of individual housing construction in the total volume of housing commissioning is 40–45%. “For the period from 2020 to 2024, it is planned to significantly increase the volume of individual housing construction from 1.1 million square meters up to 1.8 million "squares". So, according to the results of 2018-2019, in Tatarstan, approximately 1.1 million square meters of housing were introduced as part of individual housing construction. It is expected that the share of private housing in the total input in 2024 will be 50%,” - the minister said.

In 2019, a unified housing information system was also launched. It provides complete information transparency and control over each house being built with the involvement of citizens. As of May 29, 2020, 99.8 million square meters are under construction: according to the old rules, 58.6 million square meters of housing are being completed, using escrow erected 33.1 million square meters. The system also gives a very clear answer, which houses and in which constituent entities of the Russian Federation, in which specific municipality, are problematic.

The meeting on construction and road industries was held today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. A technical customer was identified to whom the necessary funds would be allocated through DOM.RF JSC. An agreement was concluded with the Fund for 4 problem construction projects (2049 apartments), including 1549 apartments of defrauded real estate investors (LCD "MCHS" and a residential building on Dostoevsky Street, 57 in Kazan) for a total amount of 5.5 billion rubles. In addition, the republic sent a request to complete the construction of another 6 facilities.
