This was announced today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at the plenary meeting of the World Park Congress World Urban Parks Congress-2019. Rustam Minnikhanov noted that it is a great honor for Kazan to host the World Urban Parks Congress. “This is a great opportunity to continue to study, receive invaluable experience from the best world professionals and share our own experience. In 2015, the Tatarstan Public Spaces Development Program was launched. This year, this program received international recognition, becoming the winner of the Aga Khan Award in the field of architecture. This award showed that Russia is on a par with other leading countries in the development of public spaces,” - the President of the Republic of Tatarstan emphasized. “We, in turn, will be happy to share the experience of Tatarstan, to hear about the development of parks in other regions of our country. Today, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a working meeting with the Deputy President and Chairman of the Board of VTB Denis Bortnikov. The meeting took place in the Kazan Kremlin. The event was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin. Following the meeting, an agreement was signed between VTB Bank and the Republic of Tatarstan on cooperation in housing construction in the region. The document was signed by Denis Bortnikov and Rustam Minnikhanov. In particular, joint efforts will be concentrated on implementing state programs in this area and supporting developers under the new legislation using escrow accounts. During the negotiations, the parties also discussed key issues of financing significant republican projects, as well as local small and medium-sized enterprises.

For the 9 months of 2019, the Nizhnekamsk Zonal Housing Inspectorate surveyed in a total of 443 apartment buildings with a total area of 8337.65 thousand square meters, of which 74 houses with a total area of 747.562 thousand square meters within scheduled inspections, 369 houses with a total area of 7590.09 within unscheduled inspections. On October 14, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a videoconference of the Presidium meeting of the Russian Presidential Council for Strategic Development and National Projects held by Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
The event was held in the mode of video conferencing with all regions of the country. Topical issues of the implementation of the national projects Healthcare and Demography were discussed. Opening the meeting, Dmitry Medvedev focused on the importance of implementing these projects to improve the quality of life of the population. “I'll start with the national project “Demography”. It would be important to hear the situation with the nursery today. The topic is clear. This is not the first time I remember how we worked on queues for kindergartens for children aged three to seven years. It was a complex, large-scale project. In general, it turned out. The grand opening of the institution took place with the participation of the head of the district Fargat Mukhametov and other honorary persons. On October 12, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin said that it is planned to build 30 kindergartens for 6,130 places, including 3,110 nurseries under Demography national project in Tatarstan in 2018-2019. To date, 24 facilities have been approved for commissioning.
The Minister also said that capital repair programme of multi-apartment houses has been implemented at 95 per cent in Tatarstan. A total of 942 housing facilities in 42 municipal regions of the republic are planned to be overhauled.
As many as 29 general education institutions and 9 remedial schools have been fully overhauled.
The capital repair of 13 recourse centres, three children’s recreation camps, 18 youth clubs, 6 buildings of youth centres of Tatarstan, 34 cultural facilities, 27 social services institutions and 9 municipal archives is under way in the republic.
Major repair programme of youth clubs and buildings of Executives Committees (Councils) of municipalities is fully implemented.
The construction of 11 rural club, 10 buildings of Executives Committees (Councils) of the settements and 103 universal sports grounds is completed.
As many as 34 obstetric centres and 6 medical outpatient clinics have been built under the primary health care development programme. Capital repair of 8 healthcare facilities have been completed.
