Rustam Minnikhanov: Increasing housing commissioning is the most difficult of all national projects

During the meeting, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Irek Fayzullin, reported on the progress in implementing housing programs and developing a comfortable urban environment. He said that as part of measures to protect labor in construction, the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision has conducted 1 thousand 407 inspections since the beginning of 2019. For violation of the rules and norms of labor protection, 349 decisions were issued for a total amount of 15 million 64 thousand rubles. Self-regulatory organizations conducted inspections of 1 thousand 180 organizations - members of SROs. Under the multi-unit investment housing program, all 19 facilities under construction are in a high degree of readiness. In terms of individual housing construction, 8 thousand 22 objects with an area of ​​1 million 42 thousand square meters were commissioned.
