Irek Faizullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, presented such data today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan began a report with figures on inspections in the field of labor protection by the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision and the State Labor Inspectorate. Thus, since the beginning of 2019, 433 inspections have been carried out. For violation of the rules and regulations of labor protection, 93 resolutions were issued totaling 4 million 70 thousand rubles. Speaking about the commissioning of housing, Irek Faizullin said that under the investment program of the social mortgage of the Government Housing Stock for 2019 it is planned to commission 165 houses for 7 thousand 838 apartments with a total area of 438.3 thousand square meters. As of 3rd of May 2019, the statistics bodies reported on 29 houses - for 1 628 apartments with an area of 95.3 thousand square meters. For 136 objects of the investment program of 2019, 59 objects are in a high degree of readiness; in average readiness 26 objects; in a low degree of readiness - 51 objects.

By 2024, this figure should reach 30 percent of the entire population of the country. The use of digital services allows you to make communication with the authorities simple and convenient, and also saves resources for conducting rating voting for the facilities, - said the Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services Vladimir Yakushev. “In addition, a comfortable environment should be safe, which is why we expanded the list of activities of the Smart City standard for which federal subsidies for the project to create a comfortable urban environment can be directed.”
The new Ilham Shakirov Concert Hall was opened at Kazan Expo by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. A new concert hall with an area of 3,348.75 square meters forms a single hall with several transformation options. In full, the hall is designed for 3187 seats, including 33 places for low mobility groups. In the decoration of the ceiling and walls of the hall, Acoustic panels "Decoustic" were used, made according to the requirements for multifunctional halls with sound amplification of this type. The project envisages the formation of a single hall with 8 variants of transformation due to the transformable partition and mobile stands: 3187 seats, 2971 seats, 2405 seats, 2189 seats, 1745 seats, 1529 seats, 1145 seats, 910 seats.

This was announced today at a meeting in the House of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Frolov. Alexey Frolov recalled that according to the program for the overhaul of apartment buildings in 2019, 936 apartment buildings with a total area of 5.6 million square meters are planned to be renovated. The program involves 42 municipal districts (except Atninsky, Drozhzhanovsky and Kaibitsky districts). Then Alexey Frolov reported on the implementation of a number of overhaul programs for the facilities. The overhaul of cultural facilities is carried out at 34 out of 40 sites. The amount of funding is 401 million 765.17 thousand rubles. During the meeting, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was interested in where today there are weaknesses in the implementation of republican programs. Alexey Frolov, answering questions, said that there are questions about the organization of preparatory work for creating projects of public spaces. Rustam Minnikhanov instructed to strengthen the work in this direction in order to capture the summer period as much as possible.

An artificial stagnation has been created in our country in the education system, meanwhile the methods of educating children around the world are changing. We can not lag behind. The price of the issue is too high,” - Mintimer Shaimiev said.

It should be noted that from 1st of July 2019, all Russian developers should switch to project financing of housing construction using escrow accounts. Opening the meeting, Deputy Minister of Construction Ilshat Gimaev said that a decree of the Government of the Russian Federation was signed yesterday, which will facilitate construction for developers of apartment buildings. According to the decree, developers will be able to attract funds of real estate investors directly, without creating escrow accounts, if the house is ready for more than 30%. The number of concluded equity participation agreements must reach at least 10% of the number of residential and non-residential premises in a residential building. Ilshat Gimaev assured that there should be no failure in the construction market of Tatarstan due to reform.
