Today, in the special economic zone "Alabuga" Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Yu.L. Alyashev held a meeting to review the progress of construction of the engineering and industrial infrastructure facilities of the 2019 program. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Customer JSC "SEZ" Alabuga "and contracting organizations.

The All-Russian training seminar was held in Moscow on the theme: Implementation of the federal project “Ensuring a Sustainable Reduction of Unsuitable Living Housing ”. The seminar was attended by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Frolov. The seminar included round tables on such topical issues as the resettlement of houses declared unfit for habitation after January 1, 2012, the formation of resettlement programs for citizens from emergency housing for 2019-2024, new resettlement mechanisms and preparation of applications to the Fund Housing and communal services.

Kindergartens should be built in 2019, and a school will be built in the neighborhood in 2020. In 2019, three kindergartens for 740 children are planned to be built in the residential complex Salavat Cooper. It was also decided to build another school in the neighborhood for 1224 places. It will be built in 2020. Last year, the 182nd Polytechnic Lyceum was commissioned in Salavat Cooper. On the basis of the lyceum a music school, sports clubs and sections are organized. The residential complex "Salavat Kupere" consists of 32 residential buildings on 9,350 apartments.

Minstroy proposes to clarify the rules for ensuring safety in the maintenance of house and inside gas equipment. The corresponding draft resolution of the Government of Russia was published on the official portal of regulatory acts. The list includes work on the replacement of gas-using equipment (stoves, water heaters, heating boilers) and flexible connections to it, inspections after the localization of accidents by gas distribution organizations, drawing up defective lists of the need for maintenance or major repairs of equipment, as well as cleaning ventilation and smoke ducts, as the most important component of safe use of gas equipment. According to the results of maintenance, the company determines the need for repairs. Optimization of the minimum list allows you to abandon the technical diagnosis of gas equipment as a separate type of work performed earlier under an independent contract for a fee.

The State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on archives conducts competitions among the archives of organizations of the republic, which are sources of staffing the state archive:

Irek Faizullin noted that according to the investment program of the State Housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2019, 165 houses are planned for 7,838 apartments with a total area of ​​438.3 thousand sq. meters. As of 22nd of February , 2019, the statistics bodies reported on 26 houses per 1 thousand 610 apartments with an area of ​​94.7 thousand square meters. For 139 objects of the investment program of 2019, 56 objects are in a high degree of readiness, in medium degree - 28 objects, in low - 55.

The meeting discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of housing, legislation in the field of urban planning and architecture, housing and communal services. Special attention was paid to the sphere of heat and power supply, the water supply and sewerage facilities of the republic. Welcoming the Uzbek delegation, Irek Faizullin noted the importance of developing bilateral relations and expressed confidence that the meeting would serve as an impetus for the further active development of Tatarstan-Uzbekistan relations in general and in the field of housing and housing and communal services in particular.
