Today on 20th of February, in the Drozhzhanovsky district of the republic a new sports and recreation complex "Champion" has opened. Construction of the complex began almost two years ago - in April 2017. Funds for the construction were allocated from the federal and republican budgets. The total area of ​​the object is more than 1.5 thousand square meters. Inside the complex there is a gym, measuring 18 x 30 meters, designed for playing basketball, volleyball, badminton and tennis. On the second floor there is a small hall (6.5 x 13 meters) with tables for table tennis. The complex is also equipped with three dressing rooms and a coaching room.

The beginning of the spring selection stage of the Competition «Annual public award "Regions - Sustainable Development"» is announced. The competition is a “one-stop-shop” model for selection, preparation for the implementation and implementation of investment projects with the provision of special credit conditions and investment co-financing to enterprises. On 19th of February in the village Starye Kiyazly in Aksubayevsky districr after the overhaul repairing was opened the House of Culture. Repair of the House of Culture began in July last year. In the village club, the builders replaced the electricity supply, water supply, heating, sewerage, cladding and insulated facades, made finishing works, purchased furniture and audio equipment. The new house of culture is designed for 218 seats. The village library is also located here, and in the future it is planned to locate the Tatar national center. The object area was 911.8 square meters. Funds from the republican budget in the amount of 10.2 million rubles were allocated for the overhaul.

The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services is developing a Strategy for the development of the construction industry of the Russian Federation until 2030 and invites all interested representatives of the professional community and experts to participate. Work on the Strategy goes to a fundamentally new level - it will be the project teams, and not just one organization. Project teams are formed from representatives of the professional and scientific communities, development institutions, as well as organizations under the Ministry. The formation of the Strategy is planned to be completed by October 2019.

Polyclinic of Cheremshansky central regional hospital opened after major overhaul repairing. According to the republican program, works worth 68 million rubles were performed here and all conditions were created for the work of the medical staff and the reception of patients. The builders during the repair replaced all communications, updated medical offices, installed new furniture and equipment. The last renovation in this building was carried out 13 years ago. Now the polyclinic has changed, acquired a new modern look. Conditions for people with disabilities have improved, railings are installed on the stairs and along the walls.

On February 16, at the Government House of the republic, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of all municipalities, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported that as many as 936 apartment houses with a total area of 5.6 million square meters will be repaired in 42 municipal regions of the republic in 2019.

The Minister noted that 5 billion 805 million 213 thousand roubles, including about 1 billion roubles from the regional budget, 1 billion 72.93 million roubles from municipal budgets and 3 billion 708.81 million roubles of citizen’s funds will be allocated to implement the capital repair programme in 2019.

In January 2019, 38 written addresses of citizens were received in Chistopol ZHI. From the number of received appeals, 10 appeals were checked, 3 of which were taken for inspection control (prescriptions issued).
