In 2019, in the framework of the implementation of the rights of orphans and children left without parental care, and and persons among them , it is planned to provide a housing for 309 orphans under contracts for renting residential premises in the amount of 373 million 231.9 thousand rubles . At the same time, on 8th of February, certificates were issued to 6 large families (for the amount of 32 million 276 thousand rubles).

A beautiful house was built in time and according to schedule,”- he noted. Also, the deputy minister noted that a kindergarten in the neighborhood will be built by September of this year. But the school should appear here only in 2020.
The competition is held among organizations engaged in the management of apartment buildings in 5 categories of participants:
Category I - organizations servicing the housing stock up to 150 thousand square meters;
Category II - organizations serving the housing stock from 150 to 300 thousand square meters;
Category III - organizations serving the housing stock from 300 to 750 thousand square meters;
Category IV - organizations servicing the housing stock from 750 to 1,500 thousand square meters;
Category V - organizations servicing the housing stock from 1,500 square meters or more; Competitive materials must be submitted to the competition commission until February 22, 2019.
