A trilateral cooperation agreement was signed between the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, DOM.RF Company and Bank DOM.RF.The document should contribute to the development of project financing for the construction of apartment buildings and other real estate in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Representatives of the technical inventory bureau Alina Fatkhullina and Igor Dimitriev told this in the "Information Bureau" program on "Ekho Moskvy" radio. During the conversation, guests of the radio program noted that since the beginning of 2019, the housing code has begun to regulate the issues of redevelopment and reorganization of non-residential premises in apartment buildings. A single procedure has been established for organizing the reorganization and (or) redevelopment of residential and non-residential premises in the appartment buildings. Another innovation - the general meeting of owners of premises in apartment buildings will make decisions about the redevelopment and replanning of the premises, which is part of the common property in the house. In turn, JSC "BTI RT" provides legal services to support the procedure for the legalization of redevelopment and replanning at any stage, and also performs work on the preparation of the project of reorganization and (or) replanning of non-residential premises and technical passport.

The event will be attended by representatives of the Central Office of Rostekhnadzor, the Volga Department of Rostekhnadzor, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan. First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Сommunal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Frolov reported today on the progress of preparation for the overhaul of apartment buildings and social and cultural facilities at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Alexey Frolov said that this year it is planned to cover 936 residential buildings with the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings. Out of 936 houses, 79 objects were fully prepared for holding auctions for construction and installation works, expert examination reports were prepared for 258 houses, 227 houses are under examination and full estimate documentation is being finalized for 451 houses. Rustam Minnikhanov instructed to complete all preparatory activities and start repair work in apartment buildings no later than the end of the first quarter of this year. “The deadline is the end of March. If we go further, we will again find ourselves in a difficult situation, ” - noted the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
