For five years, more than 55 thousand energy-saving lamps for 1 billion rubles have been installed in the Republic of Tatarstan

Since the start of the program to restore lighting in rural areas of Tatarstan, more than 55 thousand energy-saving lamps have been installed. From 2014 to 2018, the financing of the program amounted to 1 billion 125 million rubles. This year it is planned to allocate 225 million rubles for the implementation of the program. In 2018, the program installed more than 10 thousand lamps and 273 electricity metering boards. More than 354 km of self-supporting insulated cables were also installed. 225 million rubles were also allocated for these purposes. From 2014 to 2017, over 45.7 thousand lamps, 2 thousand electricity metering panels and 1.3 thousand km of self-supporting insulated cables were installed. The program to restore lighting in rural areas has been working in the country since 2014 in order to reduce electricity consumption by introducing energy-saving and energy-efficient equipment and bringing street lighting to a standard condition.
