Alexey Frolov said that this year it is planned to cover 936 residential buildings with the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings. Out of 936 houses, 79 objects were fully prepared for holding auctions for construction and installation works, expert examination reports were prepared for 258 houses, 227 houses are under examination and full estimate documentation is being finalized for 451 houses. Rustam Minnikhanov instructed to complete all preparatory activities and start repair work in apartment buildings no later than the end of the first quarter of this year. “The deadline is the end of March. If we go further, we will again find ourselves in a difficult situation, ” - noted the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The third All-Russian open competition "BIM-technologies 2018" is held with the support of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation and the Public Council under the Ministry. The expert council of the competition was headed by Sergei Stepashin, chairman of the Public Council. Acceptance of applications will last until March 31 of the current year. The main objective of the competition is to popularize BIM technology in Russia, as well as to identify the best examples of information modeling in the field of industrial and civil construction. The competition is attended by major design and construction organizations, architectural bureaus, software developers from Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Hungary.
