During the planned and unscheduled inspections of the housing stock in the Bugulminsky district, inspectors from the Bugulma regional housing inspection in the areas assigned to the inspection (Aznakaevsky, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Leninogorsk, Yutazinsky) for 11 months of 2018 surveyed 433 residential buildings with a total area of ​​2905.44 thousand square meters. In the course of the inspections carried out, 710 violations of the rules for technical operation and maintenance of the housing stock, standards of the level and regime of providing the population with public services were revealed.

The Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision and the State Labor Inspectorate have conducted 1,400 inspections since the beginning of 2018. For violation of the rules and regulations of labor protection, 418 resolutions were issued totaling 16,508,000 rubles. Alexei Frolov said that as of December 7, 2 million 146 thousand square meters of housing was commissioned in the republic, which is 89.3% of the plan.  Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan, brought these data today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The housing commissioning plan has been implemented in 17 municipalities. According to the plan of the current year, within the framework of the program of rental housing, it is planned to commission 149 residential buildings with 512 apartments. As of today, 117 houses have been commissioned in 7 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan. As part of the program to improve the living conditions of veterans of World War II, the construction of 3 houses for 5 veterans continues. All facilities are in high degree of readiness.

In the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the reception will be held at Kazan, Dzerzhinskaya St, 10. The competence of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan includes the solution of the following issues:

1. Management of architectural work;

2. Urban development management within the limits of the granted authority;

3. Management of the safety of the hydraulic structures on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the exception of safety issues of the hydraulic structures, which are in municipal ownership;

4. Management of the building materials industry;

5. Construction management;

6. Management of ensuring the rights of citizens to housing and providing consumers with quality housing and communal services;

7. Creating conditions for the formation of housing markets, housing and communal services;

8. Management of ensuring the right of citizens to housing;

9. Supervision over the construction, reconstruction, overhaul of capital construction projects;

10. Control over ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and the state when providing housing and communal services to the population;

11. Management of the housing stock being in the state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan.

12. Exercises the powers of the Russian Federation in the field of control over compliance by local governments with legislation on town-planning activities in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

13. Provides, in accordance with the legislation, the development and approval of estimated standards designed to determine the estimated cost of construction, reconstruction and repair in the Republic of Tatarstan.

In November 2018, Chistopol ZHI carried out 41 unscheduled inspections of legal entities, including 32 inspections of the execution of previously issued prescriptions and 9 inspections of complaints received from citizens. In total, within the framework of the inspections conducted, 52 residential buildings with a total area of ​​244.55 thousand square meters were surveyed; revealed 43 violations of the rules and regulations of the technical operation of the housing stock. To eliminate the violations found, 19 prescriptions were issued. In November 2018, fines totaling 25.3 thousand rubles were paid by persons previously brought to administrative responsibility.

Today, a solemn settlement took place in Innopolis, including 118 apartments with a total area of ​​5.9 thousand square meters. The construction investor is the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. Ak Bars Engineering LLC acted as a technical customer, and PS BSC Ak Bars Stroy LLC acted as a contractor. Earlier, in the Innopolis, the adjacent 48-apartment house No. 136 on Sportivnaya Street was settled. By the end of the year it is planned to put into commission another rental house for 199 apartments. In addition, the city continues the construction of the sixth quarter, where three rental houses for 365 apartments will be located. Their technical readiness ranges from 45% to 54%.

On the basis of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the RBAE "Union of Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan" was held. The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture,  Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ROOR "Union of Public Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan" Abrek Khayrullin, Chairman of the Rescom of the Life Support Workers Union Jaudat Zamaletdinov,  representatives of the Ministry, enterprises and organizations of the housing and communal services of the republic. During the meeting, the following issues were discussed:

- The draft Agreement “On Amendments to the Sectoral Agreement on Housing and Utilities Organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2017-2019”.

- Report on the work of the Center for the Assessment of Qualifications of the Housing and Public Utilities of the Union.

- Draft work plan of the ROOR "Union of Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan" for 2019 and the holding of a general meeting of the Union on the results of work in 2018.

- Project estimates of income and expenditure of the RBAE "Union of Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan" for 2019.

-Insurance protection of employees of enterprises.

The Minstroy of Tatarstan together with the self-regulating organization Association “Commonwealth of organizations managing apartment buildings of RT” held a meeting on the issue: “Actual problems in the sphere of housing and communal services: problems and solutions” with the participation of heads of managing organizations of the republic. During the meeting, the following issues were discussed: -conditional relations between resource-supplying organizations and managing organizations; - contractual relations between the managing organizations of Main Clearing Centre Tatenergosbyt LLC; - interaction with the supplier of services for the removal of municipal solid waste.

Today, the Minister of construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin took part in the ceremony of settling a new apartment building, which was built under the social mortgage program. In the residential district "Severnyi" of the village Gabishevo of the Laishevsky district the apartment was given to the participants of the Republican social program as well as medical fellows and orphans. In his welcoming speech, Irek Fayzullin noted that the Republic of Tatarstan occupies a leading position in terms of housing commissioning and is included in the list of the most economically developed regions of the Russian Federation. "Over the past seven years, more than 2 million 400 thousand square meters of housing have been introduced in the Republic of Tatarstan. In 2018, it is planned to build 2 million 403 thousand square meters of housing. Today commissioned 2 million 73 thousand sq. m. (86.3% of the plan), in line with the previous year (101% compared to last year)," - said the Minister.

On December 5, 2018, in the architectural and educational space "BFFT.space", was held a presentation of project proposals on the results of educational internships in the Republic of Singapore for specialized professional and students. The teachers talked about studying at the Singapore Urban Development Board and shared their knowledge about designing public green spaces in residential areas and the overall sustainable development strategy of Singapore. Lead architect APM-5 of the state unitary enterprise “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt” E.V. Matveeva, chief specialist of the road department of the “Tatdorproject Institute” JSC A.V. Papaev  and the head of the workshop APM-5 SUE "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt" A.Z. Validova also took part in the internship.

The annual World Architecture Festival is one of the most significant events in architecture, this year it took place in Amsterdam. The best architects of the whole world take part in the festival, including to determine the winners of one of the most significant student architectural competitions - International VELUX Award! After reviewing the projects, the jury selected 9 regional winners from 633 entries. In the region of Eastern Europe and the Middle East, participants from Russia won in both nominations! Moreover, both participants - students of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (KGASU): Anastasia Maslova won the regional stage of the competition in the project nomination, Anna Borisova and Kamilla Akhmetova - in the research nomination.  In the project nomination, Anastasia Maslova, a student of KGASU, TIArch studio under the direction of teachers Ilnara and Rezeda Akhtyamovs became the absolute global winner with a reward of 5,000 euros.
