In Tatarstan as for 8th of February, 2019 261.9 thousand square meters of housing put into commission

In the Republic of Tatarstan as for 8th of February, 2019, 261.9 thousandsquare meters of housing were commissioned, representing 9.8% of the plan. This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture,  Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin. Irek Faizullin said that under the social mortgage program for 2019, are planned  to put into comission 165 houses for 7,838 apartments with a total area of ​​438,300 square meters. As for 8th of February, the statistics bodies reported on 24 houses - per 1 thousand 15 apartments with an area of ​​60.1 thousand square meters. In 2019, in the framework of the implementation of the rights of orphans and children left without parental care, and and persons among them , it is planned to provide a housing for 309 orphans under contracts for renting residential premises in the amount of 373 million 231.9 thousand rubles . At the same time, on 8th of February, certificates were issued to 6 large families (for the amount of 32 million 276 thousand rubles).
