Apartments in the house built according to the social mortgage program are intended for workers of budget organizations and enterprises. Today, in the Kazan residential complex “Salavat Cooper”, the keys to the new apartments were received by residents of a 255-apartment building located at the address: Nailya Yusupova St., 5a. Employees of state-financed organizations and enterprises became new settlers - the house was built under a social mortgage program. The celebratory ribbon was solemnly cut by the deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev. “The construction of the house and putting it into commission did not cause any problems thanks to the construction company Ak Tash. A beautiful house was built in time and according to schedule,”- he noted. Also, the deputy minister noted that a kindergarten in the neighborhood will be built by September of this year. But the school should appear here only in 2020.
