Representatives of the technical inventory bureau Alina Fatkhullina and Igor Dimitriev told this in the "Information Bureau" program on "Ekho Moskvy" radio. During the conversation, guests of the radio program noted that since the beginning of 2019, the housing code has begun to regulate the issues of redevelopment and reorganization of non-residential premises in apartment buildings. A single procedure has been established for organizing the reorganization and (or) redevelopment of residential and non-residential premises in the appartment buildings. Another innovation - the general meeting of owners of premises in apartment buildings will make decisions about the redevelopment and replanning of the premises, which is part of the common property in the house. In turn, JSC "BTI RT" provides legal services to support the procedure for the legalization of redevelopment and replanning at any stage, and also performs work on the preparation of the project of reorganization and (or) replanning of non-residential premises and technical passport.
