The competition is held among organizations engaged in the management of apartment buildings in 5 categories of participants:Category I - organizations servicing the housing stock up to 150 thousand square meters;Category II - organizations serving the housing stock from 150 to 300 thousand square meters;Category III - organizations serving the housing stock from 300 to 750 thousand square meters;Category IV - organizations servicing the housing stock from 750 to 1,500 thousand square meters;Category V - organizations servicing the housing stock from 1,500 square meters or more; Competitive materials must be submitted to the competition commission until February 22, 2019.

The housing commissioning plan has been completed by 58% to date - more than 1 million 840 thousand square meters have been commissioned. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a traditional meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
