Rustam Minnikhanov instructed to start the overhaul repairing of apartment buildings no later than March

First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Сommunal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Frolov reported today on the progress of preparation for the overhaul of apartment buildings and social and cultural facilities at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regional municipalities in the Government House of the republic Alexey Frolov said that this year it is planned to cover 936 residential buildings with the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings. Out of 936 houses, 79 objects were fully prepared for holding auctions for construction and installation works, expert examination reports were prepared for 258 houses, 227 houses are under examination and full estimate documentation is being finalized for 451 houses. Rustam Minnikhanov instructed to complete all preparatory activities and start repair work in apartment buildings no later than the end of the first quarter of this year. “The deadline is the end of March. If we go further, we will again find ourselves in a difficult situation, ” - noted the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
