Particular attention was paid at the meeting to the issues of contractors' compliance with labor protection and safety requirements when working on construction sites, as well as timely implementation of the agreed production schedules of construction and installation work.
The I-st and II-th stages of the competition of professional skill "The best electrician of the year" passed on August 17, 2017 in the Educational Center of Housing and Public Utilities ООО "Kazzhilkomtsertifikatsiya". I-st stage - home task - making mock-ups of fragments of electrical equipment in a residential building, II stage - testing theoretical knowledge of competitors. All the participants noted the good preparation of the contestants and appreciated the organizational work done in preparation for the contest. The final results will be announced on August 30, 2017.

According to the tenant builder, the residential complex "Vzletnaya Strana" will consist of two 10-storey carcass-monolithic houses, comprising 565 apartments with a total area of 32241 square meter, multi-storey parking for 399 cars and a two-level underground parking for 212 cars. House number 2, erected in the first phase, has 286 apartments, house number 1 - 279. Construction of parking is planned in the second stage. Providing residents of the complex with parking spaces will be above the average - 1,5 parking spaces for each apartment.

In the preschool institution №2, works on transferring to an individual heating system, installations in groups of boilers, and improvement of the yard are continuing.
