Over the period January-July 2017 specialists of the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted 2408 inspections of the facilities under construction, as a result of which the construction resource issued 757 instructions to eliminate the identified violations. Also, 762 minutes on administrative offenses were drawn up. To date, the Inspectorate oversees 1058 built and reconstructed facilities throughout the republic.
On August 12, at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and utilities Irek Faizullin said that the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out 2,785 inspections at houses under major repair in 43 municipalities, and revealed 54 facts of safety violations. The meeting was held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin took part in the meeting.

On the eve of the celebration of the professional holiday - the Day of the Builder - a competition of drawings and handicrafts "My Parents - Builders" was held at the Ministry for the children of employees. 25 children of Ministry employees took part in this competition. All the drawings and crafts was creative and very interesting. Interesting that the youngest participant was only 2 years old. Participants of the competition were awarded with diplomas for participation and memorable gifts in the form of sets for creativity. The sponsor of the contest was OOO "Arkada Stroi". In the course of examination by specialists of the central inspection department of the citizens' appeal of the house No. 2 on the street Sportvnaya Osinovo village of Zelenodolsk district revealed roofing faults, which are the cause of leaks. The director of OOO UK Zhilservis S.V. Trunov by the decision of the Housing Inspectorate was brought to administrative responsibility under Article 7.22 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation in the form of a fine of 4,000 rubles for violations allowed.
On August 9, the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Russia, Mikhail Men, kicked off the first in the country contest "Best specialist in the field of pricing and estimated rationing in the sphere of urban development." The competition is held with the aim of increasing the professional skills of specialists, as well as popularizing and enhancing the prestige of the workers' professions in the field of pricing and budgetary rationing in the sphere of urban development. The idea of the competition was born in Tatarstan. Estimators of the republic annually participate in the competition for the best specialist of the industry "Best Estimator of the Republic of Tatarstan". The project of the contest was positively marked by the Ministry of Construction of Russia. The organizers are the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan and The state Autonomous institution "Managment of state expertise and pricing in the Republic of Tatarstan for construction and architecture". During the business event on August 15 by the occasion of the Day of the Builder celebration, the organizing committee of the republican contest will sum up the results and announce the participants who have joined the republican team.
In the village of Verkhnyaya Karmalka, a multifunctional center is under construction. The contractor is OOO “Stroitel”. For the moment the foundation works, the brickwork of walls, installation of windows, decoration work has been completed. Electricity, external and internal water supply and water removal are carried out, works on linoleum flooring and heating installation are conducted.
Safety rules for working at height in the process of erecting the main frame of monolithic residential and public buildings and structures up to 100 m high, as well as buildings made of large-block structural elements, which are the main amount of construction sites in the country, are fixed in GOST R 12.3.050-2017 "Occupational safety standards system. Construction. Work at height. Safety regulations". Two other standards related to the terms, definitions and design of protective grids. The documents were examined by the Technical Committee 465 "Construction" and registered in Rosstandart. The editions of the standard are accommodated with European standards and earlier discussions took place with the participation of the representatives of the Trade Union of Russian Builders, the Moscow Trade Union of Builders, heads of work safety services for construction companies.
Today, the Committee on Housing and Communal Services of the Executive Committee of Kazan together with the Self-Regulating Organization The regional non-commercial partnership ”Commonwealth of Organizations of Managers of Multi-Apartment Houses of the Republic of Tatarstan” conducted a training seminar on the topic “service and maintenance of individual heating unit” at the training center of the OOO managing company "Yutnyi dom". The event was attended by 25 employees of Kazan managing and the heat supply companies, including sanitary plumbers, who directly serve the newly installed individual heat units in apartment buildings in order to get knowledge and find answers to their questions. The main topics of the event are the features of the transition of the hot water supply of apartment buildings from central heating stations to individual thermal units, their service and maintenance.
The works performed by the contractor organization OOO "Cheremshanskoe KSP". Within the framework of the republican program, 4,329.24 thousand rubles were allocated for the construction of the Lashmansky rural settlement. The builders carried out work on the foundation, masonry, completed roofing and finishing work, installed windows and doors, external water supply, sewerage, electricity. Work on inland water supply is underway.
