Nizhnekamsk Zonal Housing Inspectorate considered the collective appeal of tenants of the house No. 2/10В in the village Kamskie Polyany of the Nizhnekamsk region regarding the presence of dampness and the formation of mold in the apartments. Based on the results of the inspection and revealed violations, the management company ООО "MC "Moi Dom Kamskih Polyan "was brought to the administrative responsibility under Article 7.22 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation "Residential buildings and living quarters maintenance and repair rules violation" with a fine of 40 Thousand rubles.

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that the investor-developer of the public housing fund "The State Housing Fund under the President of RT" decided to replace the contractor of two houses in the residential area "Salavat Cooper". Houses number 12-2 and 12-3, where the contractor previously was Public Corporation “Kamgesenergostroy”, was transferred to a new contractor  “Stroitel +”. The procedure for receiving and transferring the amount of unfinished construction has been started. Work in these houses is planned to resume in the near future. By the present moment “Stroitel +” is completing construction and installation works in the house number 12-5. There also was a change of the customer to houses 12-2 and 12-3 from the Executive Committee of Kazan City to the company "Ak Bars Engineering".

The program of overhaul repairs of pre-school educational institutions for this year was already fulfilled by 93 percent. This was told by Ildus Nasyrov, head of the Housing Maintenance and Utilization Program of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan during a press tour to Kazan kindergarten No. 158. "This great program continues. This year 29 schools and 110 kindergartens are being overhauled. According to the latest data, more than 90 percent of work carried out. At 38 facilities, major repairs have already been completed", - the ministry representative said. According to him, 1 billion 624 million rubles was allocated from the republican budget for the renovation of pre-school educational institutions and 800 million rubles for schools. In addition to general education institutions, seven correctional schools will be repaired.

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan informs, the company "Ak Bars Engineering" (technical customer) has been notified about the completion of the № 12-5 house construction in the residential complex "Salavat Cooper" has been submitted.

A representative of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan took part in the work of the training and practical classes.

Today in the SEZ "Alabuga"  the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Yu.L. Alyashev held a meeting with the participation of  JSC "SEZ PPT" Alabuga" Customer representatives, the design institute SUE" Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt", contract organizations of PJSC" Kamgesenergostroy ", LLC" Gidrompromzhilstroy ". During the meeting, the issues of priority infrastructure objects construction were discussed. Nowadays, in the facility "Industrial and technological park for the production of auto components" Synergy ", Building number 1 (to accommodate the steel service center) "OOO" Gidropromzhilstroy " is installing metal structures of the housing of the steel service center, and also continues work on the construction of foundations for equipment. To increase the pace of work on the installation of metal structures an additional subcontract organization, OOO Neftegazkomplekt is starting to work from August 7.

Work on major repairs of 2017 in Aktanyshsky municipal district fully completed.  General constructor OOO "RemstroyDom" performed works qualitatively and in time according to plan. The following types of work were carried out on two houses: repair of the facade, roofing, power supply system, cold, hot water supply and water disposal.
