This year, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan will be involved in the implementation of 5 national projects and 3 state programs, within which the construction and repair of 222 facilities will be monitored.  This was announced by the Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Proposals and projects to improve the quality of people's lives, support entrepreneurial initiatives, in the field of technology, education and other socially significant areas will be discussed at the annual forum "Strong Ideas for a new Time".

A new program for the modernization of municipal infrastructure is being actively implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan. The operator of the housing and communal services modernization program is the PPK "Territorial Development Fund".

In 2023, the State Housing Fund under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan built 64 houses with a total area of 160.7 thousand square meters throughout the republic and provided comfortable housing for 2,966 Tatarstan families under affordable preferential terms of a social mortgage.

Rustam Minnikhanov visited a number of Kazan facilities under construction. He was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Chief of Staff of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Shamil Gafarov and Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

Despite the severe frosts, it was warm in the houses of Tatarstan residents. All this happened thanks to the uninterrupted and high-quality work of the housing and communal services staff, who were on duty all holidays. During the cold weather, the temperature regime of the coolant was increased, which made it possible to ensure a comfortable temperature in the houses.

A modular paramedic and obstetric center has been opened in the village of Vyazovka, Bugulma district. The FAP was built within the framework of the program "Modernization of the primary health care of the Republic of Tatarstan" of the national project "Healthcare".

The event was attended by State Duma deputies Ildar Gilmutdinov and Rustam Kalimullin, Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Ziganshin.

"The Vysokogorsky municipal district annually shows high development results in all major economic indicators. According to the results of the first half of 2023, the Vysokogorsky district ranks 10th in the ranking of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan," said Marat Aizatullin, Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
