A solemn event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the construction industry of the republic was held at Kazan Expo. The ceremony was attended by Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, State Adviser of the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin, Acting Head of the Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin, industry veterans, representatives of construction organizations and industry departments.

The opening of the administrative building of the executive committee of the Kosteneyevsky rural settlement took place in the Yelabuga district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

For three years, during which the rural mortgage is valid, with the support of the Rosselkhoznadzor, more than 3 thousand families were able to purchase real estate on favorable terms. The total amount of loans issued amounted to 6.8 billion rubles, and the average mortgage loan is 2.6 million rubles.

Financing of the national project «Housing and urban environment» this year amounted to over 6,521 billion rubles. This was announced by First Deputy Head of the department Alexey Frolov at a press conference dedicated to the results of work on the national project in 2022 and plans for 2023.

Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the grand opening of the football arena in the village of Vysokaya Gora. He was accompanied by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

Eleonora Abubakirova has been appointed the new Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The corresponding document was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

In Tatarstan, within the framework of the republican program for the construction of sports facilities, the construction of all six indoor football arenas with a frame-tent covering with a 20x40m football field and an administrative building, planned for 2022, has been completed.

On December 1, 2022, a meeting on the implementation of the federal project «Improving the Volga» was held in Nizhny Novgorod with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Victoria Abramchenko, representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov.

As part of the implementation of the federal project “Closed-loop Economy”, the Russian Environmental Operator has developed an electronic trading platform. To date, it is the largest specialized resource for the sale of secondary raw materials by the number of registered professional market participants: regoperators, waste management operators, waste disposal enterprises and others.
