The plan included 933 apartment buildings in 42 municipalities of the republic. This year we plan to replace 355 elevators in 104 apartment buildings in the amount of more than 700 million rubles,” - said the speaker. The main work on the replacement of elevators will be carried out in the following cities: Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Zelenodolsk and Almetyevsk.

The Deputy Minister clarified that in process of these projects realisation, the implementation of regulatory and technical requirements, organizational and technological solutions in terms of BIM-modeling in construction will be tested. “The implementation of pilot projects will allow us to find out what problems designers may encounter when applying BIM technologies at all stages of construction: design, expertise, construction, operation. As a result, taking into account practical experience, we will be able to qualitatively supplement the regulatory and technical framework,”- Dmitry Volkov emphasized.
