"We are studying the experience of large world companies that are building housing, analyzing what technologies are more effective for use in order to create the most comfortable living conditions to build affordable housing that is in demand," - pointed out Frolov.
Today, the third architectural and town planning conference "Architectural Bridge: Kazan – Moscow. Modern architecture of residential buildings of medium height" was held. The event was organized by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with the National Agency for Architecture and Urban Development. This year the main theme of the conference has chosen the issues of the formation of a modern architecture of residential buildings of medium height. "Over the past years, 2.4 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan and according to this indicator, the republic is consistently among the leading regions of the Russian Federation in housing per head of population," - said Deputy Minister Vladimir Kudryashev. "This figure includes high-rise buildings and low-rise housing. The potential of this type of housing construction has not yet been revealed. Therefore, the exchange of experience is very important here, "- added he. The second part of the architectural bridge was devoted to the "System of urban planning and design documentation for historical settlements: design features, legislative and architectural problems."
