From September 12 to September 15, 2017, the International Autumn Construction Forum is held in the exhibition center "Kazanskaya Yarmarka" for the 19th time. It is practically the only professional platform for dialogue between specialists in the construction industry and housing and communal services with consumers, partners, customers and employers. In the program of the Forum numerous business events are planned, which will allow to realize business tasks and discuss current issues of the industry development to specialists of the construction complex. Within the framework of this project - on the site of master classes - companies participating in the exhibition are able to demonstrate their products in a continuous mode, as well as visualize their properties and technical features.

On September 13, 2017, the Inspectorate of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan issued a conclusion (No. 183 / r) on compliance with the requirements of technical regulations and project documentation for the constructed 340 apartment house No. 11-4 in "Salavat Cooper ", Kazan.

September 12, 2017 on the basis of the Exhibition Center "Kazanskaya Yarmarka" within the framework of the XIX International Autumn Construction Forum the third stage of the contest of professional skill "The Best Electrician of the Year" was held. The contestants carried out a practical task "Installation diagram of connecting the apartment to the electricity networks of a residential house". The best electrician is Filippov Nikolay Alexandrovich - electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of OOO ZhEK-54. The second place was taken by Fatkhullin Damir Gusmanovich - electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of OOO ZhEK-38. The third place - by Mikhailov Rudolph Mikhailovich - electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of OOO ZhEK-41.

This year, a record number of yards were repaired in Kazan, 340 ones. As a result of the works, 11 areas are equipped. There are a football-basketball field with polyurethane coating on asphalt substrate (288 sq.m.), a sports area (120 sq.m.), a housing area (35 sq.m.), recreation areas (380 sq.m.), a street library, and several zones for children: a play area for children from 6 years with polyurethane coating (213 sq.m), two play areas for children from 3 years with polyurethane coating (130 sq.m and 156 sq.m.), a play area on 36 sq.m for children from 2 years old. And paths from pavers are laid between the sites. The cost of works amounted to 11.9 million rubles.

 

Today, a meeting of a socioteater with Almetyevsk with the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev was held. During it, the Deputy Minister spoke about the current situation on the construction site and answered questions of interest to the participants of the program. Also, a meeting was arranged with the equity holders of the companies "Fon", "Svei", "Vektr", "Stroi Kom", where I.S. Gimayev talked about the measures being taken and, in general, about the situation with long-term construction.

Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, opened the 19th International Autumn Construction Forum. The event takes place in Kazan in the exhibition center "Kazanskaya Yarmarka" from September 12 to 15. Ilshat Gimayev also said that this year more than 60 companies will take part in the exhibition. The construction complex of the Republic of Tatarstan is one of the most dynamically developing in the Russian Federation. Realization of housing programs, construction of socio-cultural and sporting assignments objects, major projects in the field of industrial construction - all this allows the republic to retain leading positions in this field for several years"- pointed out I.S. Gimayev. At the end of his speech, Ilshat Gimaev wished all participants constructive work at the forum and new business contacts.

October 6, 2017 in Kazan, the applied research conference "Modern Engineering Systems in the Architecture of Health" (MES), organized by the Interregional Clinical Diagnostic Center (ICDС) and "KAZAN EXPO" with the support of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Public Utilities, municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan. MES is a discussion platform on how to better design a modern medical center and organize an IT system in healthcare, provide comfort and safety during the design of public buildings. In 2017, the State Housing Inspectorate carried out 3 thousand 122 inspections at apartment houses - the objects of overhaul repairing in 43 municipalities, which resulted in 54 violations of safety measures in 17 municipalities. This was announced today at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin.

On September 8, during his working trip to Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the improved square named after Lemayev. One of five places in the town, the square has been improved under the programme of the development of public spaces.

The exhibition center "Kazanskaya Yarmarka" hosted a round table on "Expanding the use of petrochemical products of the republican production in the construction industry" with the participation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin. The moderator of the event was the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin. Opening the meeting, the Minister noted that starting from 2008, about 50 chemical and petrochemical industries were commissioned in the republic, aimed at the production of construction products or products that are raw materials for the production of building materials and products. The development of the production of high-tech building materials takes place in the conditions of modernization and reconstruction of existing enterprises, as well as the construction of new ones. The participants of the round table in the professional discussion analyzed all the issues identified in the speeches. The Minister also reminded the construction industry enterprises of the necessity of providing information necessary for the formation of estimated prices for building resources in the Federal State Information System for pricing in construction.
