Federal state statistics service (Rosstat) has published a report on the volume of housing construction by regions and Federal districts of Russia for the 1st half of 2017. According to statistics, Tatarstan took the first place in Volga Federal district and the fifth place among the subjects of the Russian Federation. As explained the Deputy Minister, the project documentation must now be added, which contains the rationale adopted by the architectural, functional-technological, constructive and technical solutions, used in power supply systems, water supply, gas supply, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning facilities, heat networks in industrial facilities.
In the sections of project documentation, containing information about the engineering equipment, on networks engineering-technical maintenance, additionally provides for the description of the locations of metering devices of used energy resources, devices gather and transmit data from such devices.
In addition, the project documentation should contain summary information about the consumption of energy resources and energy efficiency of object of capital construction; energy-using equipment, renewable energy, lists energy efficiency requirements, which the building, structure, and construction must comply with when commissioning and in operation, the locations of the metering devices of used energy resources, devices gather and transmit data from such devices.
