The contractor SC "Profit" started  works in the house 65/05.  Currently there are works  on the installation of elevator shafts starting from the fifth floor. Construction organization plans to finish building the seventeenth floor of the house, after which work would begin in the attic and in the engine room. Also works on special sections – installed heating, wiring, complete landscaping. According to the schedule the house will be put into operation in August 2016.

On October 17, implementation of the programme of capital repair of multi-apartment houses and other regional programmes were discussed at Tatarstan Government House.

The grand opening of the new kindergarten built by "AK BARS Story" in a residential complex "Solnechy Gorod". The opening was attended by representatives of the City Hall, Deputy Head of the Administration and the Volga region Alsou Asadullina and representatives of the company "AK BARS Story".

 

Today in the international College of service Center specialists of public control in the sphere of housing  held a workshop  for students enrolled in the specialty "Tools and utilities". The training was attended by about 40 people.

In order to disseminate best practices in housing and communal services, as well as closer ties between members of self-regulatory organizations managing apartment houses of the Republic of Tatarstan began the introduction of such forms of cooperation as coaching and mentoring.

The delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan made  a working visit to Moscow region with the aim of studying the experience of the Moscow authorities on the redistribution of powers between local governments of municipalities and public authorities in the region.

On October 13, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited construction site of “KZSK-Silicon” (Kazan synthetic rubber plant) in Kazan.

The head of the Executive Committee of the district Rinat Fasahov at the weekly meeting announced the beginning of the heating season.
