Acceptance of applications for participation in the All-Russian open public competition for the best architectural project of the central district hospital with a design capacity of 80, 240 and 400 beds for serving a population of 30, 50 and 100 thousand people, respectively, has begun.

Any organization and individual entrepreneurs - members of a self-regulatory organization in the field of architectural and construction design can take part in the competition. The competition is held in two rounds. The criteria for evaluating the submitted works include the following requirements: - compliance of the competitive project with the technical specifications; - rationality and potential multivariance of architectural space-planning and functional-technological solutions; -the presence of architectural and artistic solutions that have a beneficial effect on the internal space of the object and on the environment; - economic feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed planning, engineering, design solutions - according to the parameters of their application; - energy efficiency of the facility.

Over the year, Tatarstan will make major repairs in 1,098 apartment buildings for 6.26 billion rubles. Fire Safety Requirements”, which establishes fire safety requirements in the design and construction of high-rise buildings and complexes in one regulatory technical document, said the head of the Russian Ministry of Construction Vladimir Yakushev. The head of the department emphasized that thanks to the joint work of the two ministries, it was possible to develop a set of rules that includes requirements for highly specialized technical conditions, and expressed hope for further close interaction between the two departments in the work on regulatory regulation. The developed set of rules contains fire safety requirements for space-planning and structural solutions, ensuring the safe evacuation of people, engineering systems of buildings and fire protection systems, ensuring the activities of fire departments, organizational and technical measures of high-rise buildings and complexes.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has set the country the task of increasing the pace of housing construction. In Tatarstan, for the current year it is planned to build 2.979 million square meters of housing, by 2024 the indicator is planned to increase to 3.648 million square meters. The volume of products shipped by enterprises of the building materials industry in 2019 amounted to 40.5 billion rubles (101.7% compared to 2018). Summing up the work of the housing and communal services industry at the final meeting of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, the head of the department Farit Khanifov noted that as of the 1st of January, 2020, 151 concession agreements were signed in 20 municipalities in the municipal sector, over which 106 infrastructure facilities were transferred, which is 8.7% of the total number of registered objects of communal infrastructure.
