This was announced today at a Republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov. In terms of social mortgages for 2020, it is planned to put into operation 130 houses for 4 thousand 970 apartments with a total area of ​​273.6 thousand square meters. As of the 31st of January 2020, 10 houses for 108 apartments with an area of ​​5.2 thousand square meters reported to the statistical authorities. For the remaining 120 objects of the investment program, 12 objects are in a high degree of readiness, 61 objects in an average degree, 47 objects in a low degree. As part of individual housing construction, in 2020 it is planned to build and commission 10 thousand 680 houses with an area of ​​1 million 388.2 thousand square meters. As of the 31st of January, 540 residential facilities with an area of ​​70.2 thousand square meters were commissioned. In 2020, it is also planned to overhaul 788 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​4.5 million square meters. The program involves 40 municipalities (except Alkeevsky, Atninsky, Drozhzhanovsky and Kaybitsky districts).

The deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of Russia Maxim Egorov praised the pace of implementation of a single payment system for housing and communal services in all regions of Tatarstan. “Tatarstan is one of the leaders in terms of introducing a single payment document. And, in principle, it was done without any legislative changes, a decision was made at the level of the republic,” - Yegorov noted. Egorov got acquainted with the work of the "Tatenergosbyt" client office in Kazan, where he was presented with the introduction of a single payment system for housing and communal services in Tatarstan. “On the 1st of March, we will set up a single payment system for housing and communal services throughout the republic. In January we will exhibit in the Sabinsky district, in February - in Yelabuga and Mendeleevsk, and in March - throughout Tatarstan,” - the director of the company said. He noted that all charges for housing services will come in one receipt, which will save both customer time and paper.

The meeting of the final board of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan was attended today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. Also involved in the work were Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Maxim Egorov, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Hanifov and others. In his welcoming speech, Rustam Minnikhanov recalled that this year two specialists from Tatarstan immediately joined the new Government of Russia - Marat Khusnullin and Irek Fayzullin. “This testifies their high professional level and experience, which is in demand across the country,” - the President of Tatarstan is confident. He stressed that issues related to the construction complex are reviewed at republican meetings every week. “If we take all the national projects and the Address of the President to the Federal Assembly, then the most difficult part of the work of the ministries is the construction of facilities. Therefore, the Ministry of Construction is the central agency in the implementation of all tasks,” - said the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. Rustam Minnikhanov added that the implementation of republican programs aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens continues in Tatarstan. This year, the number of programs has grown to 50. Almost 48 billion rubles are planned for this purpose.

Today, the results of the educational workshop within the framework of the implementation of the republican program “Our Yard” were summed up in the "Saydash" Palace of Culture in Kazan. Rustam Minnikhanov noted that each municipality has its own characteristics. Therefore, yard improvement projects should be developed in accordance with them. “Everywhere we see different approaches. This applies to Kazan, and Naberezhnye Chelny, and other cities. We must develop our own “recipe” for each territory, taking into account all the features, ”- he stressed out.

President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov visited the children's architecture and design school of KSUAE "DASHKA". Rustam Minnikhanov attended classes on the general aesthetic development of children of the younger age stage "Studio", a painting lesson, an open lesson in 3D modeling and 3D printing, a coworking library. In addition, the children showed the guests how the developing musical break “Invitation to Music” takes place at the school. At the architectural and design school, the President of Tatarstan also attended not only classes for children, but also an educational lecture on architecture for parents of students. In addition, the best works of students and graduates of the "DASHKA" school were presented to Rustam Minnikhanov. Of the presented projects, he was interested in the layout of the pedestrian bridge for the Gorky Park in Kazan, which was presented by the director of the "DASHKA" school, Maria Latypova.

On the 31st of January, JSC "Tatenergosbyt" was visited by a delegation of the Deputy Minister of Construction of the Russian Federation Maxim Egorov, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexei Frolov, and the Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan - the Chief State Housing Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan, Sergey Krainov. The main purpose of the visit of distinguished guests was to familiarize themselves with the activities of "Tatenergosbyt" as a guaranteeing electricity supplier and a single settlement center in the Republic of Tatarstan. Director of JSC "Tatenergosbyt" Rifnur Suleymanov showed the guests a customer service office, decorated in a single corporate style. “There are 99 such offices throughout the Republic of Tatarstan,” - he said. In his speech, Rifnur Khaidarovich also touched on the main performance indicators of the company for 2019. Today Tatenergosbyt serves more than 1.7 million individuals and 40485 legal entities. Regarding the pricing of electricity, Tatenergosbyt has a minimum sales premium in the Volga Federal District and one of the lowest in Russia for the “other consumers” group for 2020.

 

 

Since February, residents of the Yelabugа and Mendeleev districts will not be issued a separate receipt for electricity from JSC "Tatenergosbyt". Charges for this service will be reflected in a single payment document. This is due to the fact that on the 3rd of December 2019, the procedure for merging LLC "Unified Settlement Center -Tatenergosbyt" to JSC "Tatenergosbyt" was completed. Now the guaranteeing supplier, in addition to supplying electric energy, performs functions of charging payments for all types of housing and communal services. The merger of payment documents in other regions of the republic is scheduled for March 2020.
