Rustam Minnikhanov: when landscaping yard areas, it is necessary to take into account the features of our cities

Today, the results of the educational workshop within the framework of the implementation of the republican program “Our Yard” were summed up in the "Saydash" Palace of Culture in Kazan. The event was attended by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Natalia Fishman-Bekmambetova, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev, representatives of several ministries and departments of the republic. Today, as part of the final presentation, projects were shown to improve the courtyards in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk and Arsk (rural courtyards). The speakers outlined the distinctive features of various standard buildings, proposed options for placing parking spaces that are convenient for both car owners and pedestrians, as well as transport schemes that provide convenient navigation in the courtyard. Rustam Minnikhanov noted that each municipality has its own characteristics. Therefore, yard improvement projects should be developed in accordance with them. “Everywhere we see different approaches. This applies to Kazan, and Naberezhnye Chelny, and other cities. We must develop our own “recipe” for each territory, taking into account all the features, ”- he stressed out.
