All apartments are finished, equipped with the necessary equipment and sensors. The new building was erected under the republican program of social mortgage, which is a support of the national project "Housing and urban environment", initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

On the second floor will be placed sports hall, laboratory assistants, home economics classrooms, a library. On the third floor will be classrooms. The total area of ​​the building will be about 8 thousand square meters. The work will last from the date of the conclusion of the state contract to the 1st of March, 2021. The construction will be financed from the budget of Tatarstan.

A series of meetings with representatives of large developers was held today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meetings were attended by First Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin, Acting Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov, as well as heads of municipalities of the republic. Regarding individual housing construction, in 2020 it is planned to build and commission 10 thousand 680 houses with an area of ​​1 million 388 thousand square meters.  On the 6th of February, 902 individual residential buildings with an area of ​​117 thousand square meters were commissioned. Alexey Frolov added that this year it is planned to renovate 788 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​4.5 million square meters. Compared to 2018, the number of calls has practically remained at the same level, decreased by only 2%. 361 appeals were sent directly to the NZHI, 491 appeals were sent through the State Housing Inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan.
