Today, a contract for the supply and installation of concrete mixing technology was officially signed with Finnish company “Steel-Kamet Oy” in the territory of plant LLC “Kazansky DSK” included in group of companies “AK BARS Development”.

Director General of the Fund Assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities  of the Russian Federation Konstantin Tsitsin, First Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation L.O.Stavitsky, Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the 6th  convocation (from the Republic of Tatarstan ) A.G.Sidyakin, as well as Head of the Working group on the Development of Housing of the Advisory Council of the Government of the Russian Federation A.V.Chibis arrived in Kazan. At the airport they were welcome by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin.

Today, a workshop on “Regional programs on major repairs overhaul of the common property of apartment houses. Organization of regional operators’ activities” started in mountain skiing health complex “Kazan”. The event was organized by the Fund Assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Administrative and residential complex for a local police officer was opened last week in village Koshchakovo. The opening ceremony was attended by Head of the area Eduard Diyarov, Deputy Chief of Police of the Interior Ministry for the Republic of Tatarstan, Police Colonel Marat Aidarov, and Head of the Executive Committee Azat Valiullin and representatives of the construction companies which had built the house.

In eight municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan the plan to raise funds for the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan was implemented by less than 90%. This was announced today by head of the Department of Construction, Transport, Housing and Road Facilities of the Executive Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Sibgatullin at the Republic’s meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on housing and public utilities, attended by Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing Minister Andrei Chibis. The meeting was chaired by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin.

On December 16th -18th, 2013, Kazan will host a workshop on “Regional programs on major repairs overhaul of the common property of apartment houses. Organization of regional operators’ activities”. The workshop is organized by the Fund Assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, a three - storey house for 27 apartments in Prostornaya Street will be put into operation in Alekseyevsky urban settlement. This was announced by Deputy Head of the executive committee of Alekseyevsky area Nikolai Churin.

In the framework of this program it is planned to build minimum 25 million square meters of housing with the entire social infrastructure until the end of 2017. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during the annual address to the Federal Assembly. He said that the housing policy should again be one of the decisive factors of the demographic development.

The meeting of the Supervisory Board of special economic zone “Alabuga” was held today by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The event took place in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
